Please use one of the following payment options:

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Refunds:

• 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before your appointment

• 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before your appointment

• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows

Rescheduling:

• Free rescheduling if requested 48 hours or more before your appointment

• Late rescheduling (less than 48 hours) may be subject to availability and at the practitioner’s discretion

Illness:

• If you’re unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that illness can be unexpected and will work with you to reschedule

Late Arrivals:

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and the no-show policy will apply
